How do I order?

Please select the toy and size you require and add to basket. (Please note you are not purchasing the item shown in the picture).

We will confirm receipt of the items via email.

Please print and send a copy of your order confirmation with your clothes.

 

How many items are required?

This depends on the keepsake you have chosen. As a general rule, the larger the item the more items of clothing will be required.

As a general rule

Tiny Bear= 2 items

Small Bear= 2-3 items

Medium Bear= 3 -4 items

Large Bear= 4-5 items

Extra Large Bear= 5-6 items

Medium Unicorn= 3-4 items

Small Unicorn= 2-3 items

Medium Dog= 3-4 items

Small Dog= 2-3 items

 

How long for delivery?

Each memory item is bespoke and so take some time to create. We aim to get your item to you within 28 days. If this changes you will be contacted via email.

If you require your item by a specific date, please email info@mcarthur-memory-bears.com and we will see if this is possible.

 

Can you send my spare items of clothing back?

Yes. When you send your clothing please enclose a note requesting your spare fabric to be returned to you.

Please note, requests at a later date may not be possible.

 

Why do I pay shipping charges when I place my order?

This is the cost to return the keepsake to you.
